VMLA was appointed to design the outdoor spa and shower as well as the planting scheme. The outdoor jacuzzi was raised in decking under the canopy of a triple Archantophoenix palm, creating a sense of soothing escapisms. The outdoor shower was designed to provide privacy through it´s circular shape. The refreshing scent of mint and lemon verbena is released when splashed by water and stroked by the legs and feet when entering the shower, adding to the experience of showering outdoors.
Although limited space for planting, two 6m tall palm trees were placed strategically to balance and enhance the overall impression of the property
